Established on April 6th, 2012, Jiangsu Sanxie Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd (Predecessor: Yashaka) is located in Shenzhou Technology High-tech Zone, Haimen Town, Haimen City, Jiangsu Province, with phase I and phase II of the workshop area covers 22000㎡ and 12000 ㎡ respectively.
SANXIE specializes in the R&D, manufacturing and assembly of various aluminum products, covering motor frame, heat sink (extrusion type, crimped fins type ,stacked fins type and wavys fin type), CNC machining parts, etc.
Up till now, 5 utility model patents and 1 invention patent have been obtained.
Our clients include OMRON, MEIDENSHA, SHOWA DENKO, SCANFIL, SCHAFFNER, KEMPPI (FINLAND), LTi, etc.
Our company has rich professional experience in the design and manufacturing of aluminum products, which is shown vividly from: raw materials purchasing (incoming inspection) – materials cutting - punching process - CNC machining (NC lathe) - surface treatment – delivery (outgoing inspection). So far, we have 8 professionals (technicians) who have been engaged in heat sink design and manufacturing for more than 10 years, among whom, 3 are experts from Japan. All punching moulds, processing and inspection jigs used in the production process are designed, developed and manufactured by Sanxie ourselves.
Our products are able to meet various demands of customers from different countries, among which, 80% of them are exported to Japan and the left 20% to Euramerican countries. All products of our company are up to the RoHS standard, during which, our clients’ rigorous attitude towards the products and their demanding quality requirements also drive us and make us ascend further, from within, we Sanxie make our name at home and abroad.
